The process on how this online bootcamp work is super simple.
1) download the app called "zoom"
2) find your time slot and reserve your seat in the class
(there's only 10 clients per class session, so it's first come first serve)
3) find a room in your house and clear out open space to exercise
4) once you have paid for your time slot you will receive meeting number/link
that sends you directly to the classroom.
(this will take the hassle out of trying to find the location once you're on the app)
Fitness Dvds: These trainings differ from fitness dvds because I will be training you real time each session, correcting your form so you get the most out of each workout. I also will be implementing updated exercises as well as adding advanced classes involving free weights and resistance bands.
